Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made in the same method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (for example, personal care gadgets or opened consumables). Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
